Terms of Service

HERE Realty CRM is provided by HERE REALTY GROUP, LLC to real estate agents affiliated with HERE Realty. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Access

Accounts are by invitation only and are personal to the agent. Access ends when an agent leaves HERE Realty.

Your data and your clients

• You may enter or connect only information you are permitted to hold about your clients and contacts.
• Messages are sent only when you approve them. You are responsible for what you send and for following the WhatsApp, Gmail and other platform rules that apply to your accounts.
• You can disconnect any connected account at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the CRM to send spam, to message people who have asked you to stop, or for anything unlawful.

Availability

We work to keep the CRM available and accurate, but it is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
