If you are a client or contact of a HERE Realty agent
Email jamesluth@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and the phone number or email address you used with the agent. We will delete your contact record and any stored messages, and confirm by reply within 30 days.
If you are an agent
- To stop collecting messages from a connected account, open Settings in the CRM and disconnect it (Gmail, iMessage or WhatsApp).
- To delete messages already stored, or your whole account, email jamesluth@gmail.com. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
Disconnecting in WhatsApp
You can also unlink the CRM from your WhatsApp Business app at any time from the app’s linked devices or connected platforms settings.
